Bucks County Beaver Sleepover - 17-18th November


Join the adventure at Conkers! 4D Cinema Experience, Conkerchoo, Enchanted Forest, Play Area, Goody Bags, Tree Top Walk, Workshops, Get Crafty, Hot Food and Much More! Cost £55 per Beaver and £45 per Leader. More info coming soon!


Bridge the Misbourne - 7th October


‘Bridge the Misbourne’ is being run by Misbourne Valley Scouts on the second Sunday in October this year.  All the teams entering will be invited to build a traditional ‘Monkey Bridge’ across the river with two hand ropes and a foot rope in ‘V’ formation. All the young people and the Leaders present should wear uniform for the event.There will be a £3 charge per scout payable by each team leader payable on the day to help defray the costs of food, drink and other expenses incurred in running the event.  Hot and cold drinks will be supplied all day long, as well as sausage rolls!


MK Scout and Guide Gang Show - 20-21st October


Milton Keynes Scout and Guide Gang Show present their Annual Show at “The Venue” Walton High School. Walnut Tree. MK. Two Shows on a Saturday Matinee 2:15pm. Evening 7:00pm. One Show on a Sunday 2:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased online and in Person.

Mission 00 Bucks - County Camp - 24-27th May 2019


Commencing on the 24th May 2019, Mission 00 Bucks is the most anticipated camp of the year. It will take place in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, at Claydon Estate. There is a 145 acre site, which includes 67 acres of camping and 35 acres of full on activities, set over five activity zones. There will also be bands, DJ’s and acts appearing live on stage! Approximately 6000 young people will be attending, and be packed into one big spy themed party. Bucks Scout Radio are privileged to be part of the event, and I’m sure you’ll hear much more about our involvement over the coming months. The cost for young people is £70 for the weekend, and just £20 for the day. For leaders it is £15 for the weekend, and FREE for the day. Remember - this is all top secret information, Shhhh...


GLMW’s All Action American Adventure - 24 - 27th May


Travel back in time on a journey of discovery through important points in American history, drop in on American festivals and celebrations or visit Roy’s Reservation to make Native American crafts or learn traditional skills.

Have you got any Explorers who could be the next action hero? Could your Cubs cut it as stunt doubles? Come and recreate some of the most iconic action movie scenes on our activity tower or recover the ancient treasure from deep underground tunnels.

Fancy a cultural shift? Head over to our Mokkie for Dutch trivia, activities or to make your own smoothie and chill.

There will also be an opportunity to dress up for our Night at the Oscars as we celebrate all of your achievements and bid farewell to our Jamboree and Jamborette team as they head off on their own adventures!
